Clinic Manager – Aesthetic / Dermatology Clinic

Urgent position, looking for immediate joiners.

INSTITUTION: Private five-star clinic

LOCATION: Muscat's embassy district, Oman

CONTRACT LENGTH: Two-year contract, renewable

SCHEDULE: 5 days/9 hours. Clinic opens 6 days 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.

PROFILE:

• Baccalaureate and/or master's degree in healthcare administration, medical services administration, or a similar field from UE
• Experience in the healthcare industry, either as a Registered Nurse or in a similar medical administrative role
• Knowledge of the methods, techniques, and procedures used in the delivery of patient care services in Dermatology or Aesthetics
• Minimum of 6 years of supervisory experience
• Fluency in spoken Arabic and English language
• IT Skills – work experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of the Zenoti management system would be a plus.

DUTIES:
 

• Background in improving or creating standard clinic policies 
• Performance evaluation of the staff (creating kpis) in alignment to the SOP
• Budgeting and finance
• Overseeing the operations and hygiene standards of the clinic
• Responsible for supervising staff, scheduling shifts, promoting services, and ensuring updated records of expenses and revenues.
• Management of every aspect of the daily operation, ensuring the highest quality of service.
• Need to manage 20-25 members staff members
