CONTRAT LENGHT: 2-4 years, renewable - Three-month probation period, potentially shortened if mutually agreed.

CRITERIA:

• 3-8 years of demonstrable leadership experience in the healthcare sector
• Possess a Master’s Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field
• Preferred possession of healthcare management certifications or equivalent

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee operations of all departments: healthcare services, finance, human resources, facility operations, and others
• Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s business strategies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, financial, and staffing laws and regulations
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders: board members, staff, patients, and community leaders 
• Evaluate financial performance areas for revenue growth
• Clearly communicate the organizational mission and build strategic partnerships.
• Hire and manage senior-level executives aligned with organizational values
• Stay up-to-date on trends: attend conferences, network with peers, and review industry publications
