Your Profile
- Medical license (for expats) OR Chinese physician license
- Medical degree from an approved school
- Board Certified in Haematology
- Minimum 5 years’ oncology experience
- Fluent in Mandarin & English,
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Hematology operations, growth, and team management.
- Ensure fair, transparent staff development and workload distribution.
- Foster collaboration with other departments.
- Deliver high-quality Hematology care and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Support clinical research and ensure patient safety.
- Expand Hematology’s academic, clinical, and service impact.
- Report regularly to hospital leadership.
